So I keep one eye open like, C-B-S, ya see me stressed right?
Can I live?
Did you see how he flinched when Letterman asked him his age and he subsequently got it wrong… he knew some blogger was gonna say something, and I did. I’ll save you the Jay-Z line about being true to yourself. And that was an extended L’Chaim for the upper Manhattan crowd watching.
Shouts to Mangoface247 and Little Rob from Woocflidge.

Bastid.
Totally unrelated:
I single handedly started the Hova chant at the summer jam a few years back when he was a surprise guest in kanye’s set. I got about twenty people who will angrily co-sign that.

Great performance. That band is incredible. I wonder if its the same one he’ll be doing his little mini tour with. By the way, I remember around the Black album era he went on David Letterman and performed Change Clothes with Pharrell and Paul Schafer on keys, I’m wondering if you have access to that, it was pretty classic, and id love to see it again

Love the extended L’Chaim.
Jay came off as natural and very personable – not to mention the fact that he didn’t even wear sunglasses during the interview! Great job all around.
